With ownership of two bustling real estate offices in these prime locations, he has firmly established himself in Real Estate in South West Florida with Treviso Realty. His business acumen extends into property development and building, where under the banner of Treviso Homes LLC, he ambitively aims to construct and develop 60 houses annually alongside his business partner, Mike.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Steven is a man of diverse interests and commitments. He is deeply passionate about vehicles and racing, finding joy and excitement in the world of automobiles. This enthusiasm is matched by his dedication to a healthy and active lifestyle, which includes running, jiu-jitsu, cycling, and regular exercise.

As Marketing Manager for Treviso Realty, she's the creative force behind the brand, handling videography, photography, and the team's social media presence to showcase listings and connect with the community online. When she's not behind the camera, Heather loves spending quality time with her friends and family, and can usually be found with a good book in hand.

As Operations Manager for Treviso Realty, Paige keeps the day-to-day business running smoothly, overseeing transactions and coordinating with agents and clients so every detail is handled from contract to closing. As a licensed Realtor, she also works directly with buyers and sellers, bringing that same organization and follow-through to every transaction. Originally from Illinois, Paige made the move to Southwest Florida and has loved calling it home ever since. Outside the office, she enjoys walking her dog and spending time with family whenever they come to visit.
